Looking for a way to spend some quality time with your child this fall? How does a nature getaway and a little “cornfusion” sound? Here’s an a-maze-ing list of corn mazes in the New York area where you can get a little lost – and love it!

Decker Farm

435 Richmond Hill Road, Staten Island
Hours: Weekends in October; 11am-5pm
Historic Richmond Town’s Decker Farm has a children's hay maze that's perfectly designed for your little ones to venture through and enjoy. The pumpkin patch here features pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Self-guided tours and hayrides offered. 
Enjoy a variety of vendors who sell fall favorites. Vendors may vary weekly. 

Queens County Farm Museum

This urban farm’s 3-acre Amazing Maize Maze starts with a Stalk Talk, which will prepare you for the challenge of finding clues, solving puzzles, and ultimately making your way to Victory Bridge.  It's a hidden gem of fun in NYC!

Corn Mazes in Westchester & Upstate New York

Barton Orchards

63 Apple Tree Lane, Poughquag
Hours: October Saturdays, Sundays and Columbus Day, 10am-6pm
Each year, the farm designs a new 5-acre corn maze with multiple paths and lots of places to get stuck! After completing the maze, enjoy farm games, hayrides, pumpkin- and apple-picking, live music and more. The farm has a petting zoo that’s open daily and home to bunnies, goats, horses, ducks and other adorable barnyard friends!

Behling Orchards

114 Potter Road, Mexico
Hours: Fall Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-5pm
Kids can wander through a slide-filled corn maze and bounce around the inflatable play area after, then ride a pony, play Zombie Paint Ball and more. There's also a sweet candy room where you can pick out lots of goodies like caramel popcorn balls, hand-dipped candy apples and more.

Hurds Family Farm

2187 State Route 32, Modena
Hours: Closed to the public Tuesday-Thursday. Friday-Monday, 10am-4pm
This farm has more than 35 activities to keep kids engaged, including a hayride, bounce pillow, a 2-acre pollinator-themed corn maze, apple launcher, cow train, petting zoo, playground, and so much more. Farm-to-table cafe with fresh made cider donuts. Local and homemade farm-to-table goodies in the historic barn market.

Kelder’s Farm

5755 US Route 209, Kerhonkson
Hours: Daily 10am-6pm except Wednesdays (when the farm is closed) through Oct. 31
Kelder’s 2022 corn maze is a tribute to Ukraine and its citizens; farm-goers will wind through tall stalks shaped into the phrase “We Stand with Ukraine.” The 30-acre farm also offers pumpkin picking, a petting zoo, mini-golf course, jumping pillow and plenty of games and activities for families to enjoy.

Outhouse Orchards

139 Hardscrabble Road, North Salem
Hours: Daily, 9am-5pm
In addition to a 5-acre Frankenstein-themed corn maze, there's apple picking and other seasonal pick-your-own fruit available. Fresh cider is for sale, too. Afterward, be sure to enjoy a hayride through the scenic farm.

Pierson’s Evergreen Farm

1448 Route 211 W., Middletown
For most accurate GPS directions, Google Pierson’s farm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-5pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Columbus Day, 10-6 until Oct. 31.
Make your way through winding sunflower and corn mazes – the 4-acre corn maze is a nod to the Otisville Mastodon this year. There’s also an easy ¾ acre kiddie maze for the little ones. Afterward, pay a visit to the petting zoo and partake in any of the farm’s myriad activities, which include slides, a trike track, hayrides and more.

Prospect Hill Orchards

340 Milton Turnpike, Milton
73 Clark's Lane, Milton
Hours: Through Oct. 23: Saturdays and Sundays, 9am-4pm at the Clark's Lane location; also open at the Milton Turnpike location on weekends, 10am-5pm through Oct. 30.
Activities include corn mazes, pumpkin picking, hayrides, scarecrow building, cider pressing, face painting and more.

Saunderskill Farms

5100 Route 209, Accord
Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 8am-4pm; Closed Mondays
This farm is home to a gigantic corn maze (which is free to enter) featuring countless towering green corn stalks. Once you complete the maze, head to the pumpkin patch to pick out your own pumpkins (available through October), which are all one price regardless of the pumpkin’s size.

Wallkill View Farm Market

10 Route 299 W., New Paltz
Hours: Daily; 9am-6:30pm
This greenhouse and garden center has a vast on-site corn maze, a pumpkin patch, hayrides, a hay tunnel and their new Peter Pumpkin Jump. There's also a bakery with homemade goods, fresh-pressed apple cider, doughnuts and fall decorations. You get a free sugar pumpkin after completing the corn maze!

Weed Orchards

43 Mount Zion Road, Marlboro

Hours: Daily. Monday-Friday, 11am-4:30pm; Saturdays, 10am-6pm and Sundays, 10am-5pm.
Hop aboard the giant pirate ship and begin an adventure through a large corn maze that features a lookout tower and a 7-foot tunnel slide. After the maze, pick your own pumpkins and apples, enjoy a hayride and browse the bakery, which is stocked with a huge selection of fruit pies, breads, cookies and other sweet snacks.

Alstede Farms

Hours: Weekdays, 11am-3pm and weekends 10am-4pm
Admission: Prices vary.  Check the website for more information.
Pick your own pumpkins and gourds through mid November. Pony rides, wagon rides and moon bounce, hayrides, corn maze, corn kingdom, friendly farm animals and giant hay bale pyramid open daily. The Blooming Giants Sunflower Trail is the perfect spot for a family photo!

Argo’s Farm

1250 Lacey Road, Forked River
Hours: Throughout October; Thursday-Friday, 2-7pm; Saturdays, Sundays and Columbus Day, 10am-6pm.
Enjoy a scenic ride on a wagon and explore a two-acre corn maze. Other activities include a hay slide, farm animals, a zip line, pedal carts and more. On weekends, see cute piggies run through the farm's pig race tracks.

Etsch Farms

556 Buckelew Ave., Monroe Township
Hours: Weekends in October and Columbus Day, 12-6pm
Experience a giant 8-acre corn maze! Plus, enjoy hayrides, farm animals, apple cider donuts and slushies. There's also a crossword puzzle game hidden throughout the maze as an extra challenge.

Secor Farms

85 Airmont Ave., Mahwah
Hours: Daily, 9am-5:30pm
Hop on a hayride to the large pumpkin patch and explore the corn maze. There’s also a petting zoo and lots of beautiful fresh flowers to take home.

Stony Hill Gardens

15 North Road, Chester
Hours: The maze is open daily through Nov. 6, 10am-5pm and until 8pm on select weekends in October
Stony Hill’s Maze Fun Park includes an enormous 10-acre corn maze and other activities on site, including trike rides, duck races, a playground and more. This is more than a's an exciting obstacle course with several bridges connecting winding paths and misleading lanes that challenges you on your way out! The theme for 2022 is “Endangered New Jersey,” a tribute to the state’s endangered plants and animals.

Von Thun’s Country Farm

519 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction
Hours: Corn maze is open weekdays in October, 1-5pm. Fall Festival is open Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-5pm until October 30.
This year’s minion-themed maze also incorporates an important message. An aerial view of the maze reads “No Farmers, No Food,” a reminder to support and appreciate local agriculture. As you make your way through, you’ll learn the story of Spookley the Pumpkin and join other fun activities like Farm Scene Investigation. There’s over 20 family-friendly activities and attractions to explore when you’re done! There's also a Moonlight Maze on select dates.

Corn Mazes in Long Island

F&W Schmitt’s Family Farm

26 Pinelawn Road, Melville
Hours: Weekends and Columbus Day until Oct. 30, 10am-5pm
Get lost inside an Alice in Wonderland-themed corn maze that’s made up of eight acres of towering corn stalks. Plus, enjoy hayrides, mini golf, pony rides, petting zoo, a haunted house, and more.

Fairview Farm

19 Horsemill Lane, Bridgehampton (GPS: 69 Horsemill Road, Watermill)
Hours: Weekends until Nov. 6 and Columbus Day, 10am-6pm
Venture through a maze that’s made up of eight acres of ten-foot-tall towering corn stalks, plus two scenic miles of winding paths and two bridges, where you’ll enjoy spectacular views of Mecox Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also pick pumpkins, shoot corn out of a cannon and more. 

Fink’s Country Farm

6242 Middle Country Road, Wading River
Hours: Spend the day at this farm packed with activities for the family. In addition to the corn maze, there’s live music, pumpkin picking, jump pillow, tractor pull and more. The farm stand sells local fruits and vegetables, corn stalks, holiday decorations and other items.

Hank’s Pumpkintown

240 Montauk Highway, Watermill
Hours:  Daily 9:30am-5:30pm
Hank’s Maze Park has not one, not two, but THREE adventure-filled corn mazes to meander through, from 15 minutes to an hour long. They’re dotted with interactive games and characters along the way. There’s also pumpkin picking, wagon rides, train rides, pedal carts and more. Older kids (and grownups) will love the Giant Maze Mountain Slide, a 50-foot tube slide!

Stakey’s Pumpkin Farm

270 West Lane, Aquebogue
Hours: Weekdays, 12-5pm; weekends and Columbus Day, 9am-5pm through Oct. 30.
The 3-acre corn maze here is a maze-slash-scavenger hunt. First, pick up a copy of the farm's trivia game on site. Then, answer the questions correctly to be guided in the right direction. Answer incorrectly, and you may find yourself going in circles! Once you get out, enjoy pumpkin picking, hayrides, a country store and flower house.

Corn Mazes in Connecticut

Brown's Harvest

1911 Poquonock Ave., Windsor
Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-5pm.
This 5-acre maze’s 2022 theme is “The Wizards Enchanted Maze.” The interactive maze features three story boards and four picture stations hidden inside. Other activities include hayrides, storybook trail, face painting and a visit with chickens.

Castle Hill Farm

1 Sugar Lane, Newtown
Hours: Weekends 10am-5pm
The expansive 7-acre corn maze is themed  “Found My Honey Bee” for te 2022 fall season. Upon arrival, get a maze map that shows you where the numbered game signs are located. Find all 30 signs, and follow game instructions to complete the maze. The maze averages about 1.5 hours, but there is a shorter version available, too. There’s also pumpkin picking, hayrides, farm animals, food trucks, live music and more.

Plasko’s Farm

670 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull
Hours: Corn maze open weekends through Nov. 7; 10am-6pm
The 4.5-acre-corn maze is full of wild twists and turns through bunches of 10-foot-tall corn stalks. For every corn maze ticket sold, the farm donates a portion to St. Vincent's Swim Across the Sound, which benefits cancer survivors and promotes cancer research.

Wells Hollow Creamery/Farm

656 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton
Hours: Weekends in October, 12pm-5pm. Flashlight Maze is open Fridays and Saturdays, 5-9pm
With a “Rocktober” theme, this musical corn maze is perfect for families. But Wells Hollow isn’t just a farm; it’s a creamery too, with over 60 yummy ice cream flavors to choose from (including non-dairy options!).
