The Children’s Museum of Manhattan is committed to helping kids get healthy. The Pump It Up Festival makes that task fun by offering workshops like “Move and Groove,” in which kids will learn the rhythms and sounds of aerobic dance; “Body Boosters,” where they are joined by a chef and certified wellness coach to sample healthy recipes designed to help strengthen the immune system; and “Get Moving! Magnets,” where they play energy-balancing games. All ages. $10. February 19-22. Various times; see website for schedule. Children’s Museum of Manhattan, 212 West 83rd Street. 212-721-1223. www.cmom.org.
